EMAIL CONFIRMATION
When you place an order on our website, you will receive an email confirming your purchase as well as a few follow up emails. The follow up emails will contain additional information about ordering your journal, what to expect with it, and links to resources.
If you cannot find these email, be sure to check your spam mailbox—if afterward it is still not found, please contact us at support@evokejournals.com.
SHIPPING
Each order of 1-2 books will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. As each order is custom, it is finished on demand, and may require up to 28 business days to be processed, printed, and shipped within from the date the order was placed (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping will take an additional 3 days. However, during busy seasons, processing times may be extended.
Domestic orders of 3+ books will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise specified by purchaser. Shipping for these orders will vary depending on size and personalization of each order.
Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping for orders.

Returns for pre-packaged “Supporting Cast”/other products offered on this site are subject to the shipping and return policies of the vendor.
Evoke Journals is not responsible for the shipping and return policies of recommended products for which we provide links. If a recommended product does not provide ethical service, please contact us at support@evokejournals.com so that we can evaluate whether or not to continue to recommend that business.
ERRORS
Prior to confirming your purchase on our site, you will be asked to review your custom order. By confirming this review, you understand that the content of your purchase will be printed as shown. This is what any errors in your printed product will be compared to when requesting a return.
DAMAGES
Any major damages should be documented when received so that we may assess where the damages are done and how we may remedy the problem right away.
CANCELLATIONS
As each order is immediately sent to fulfillment upon purchase, we are unable to accept cancellations or make changes to any order.
