EMAIL CONFIRMATION

When you place an order on our website, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. If you cannot find this email, be sure to check your spam mailbox—if afterward it is still not found, please contact us at support@evokejournals.com.

 

SHIPPING

Each order of 1-2 books will be shipped via UPS. As each order is custom, it is finished on demand, and may require up to 28 business days to be processed, printed, and shipped within from the date the order was placed (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping will take an additional 3 days. However, during busy seasons, processing times may be extended.

 

Domestic orders of 3+ books will be shipped via UPS unless otherwise specified by purchaser. Shipping for these orders will vary depending on size and personalization of each order.

 

Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping for orders.
