Start with ordering a Evoke Journals Discovery Kit. Inside, you will find a curated sample of each paper we currently offer, all clearly labeled to make identifying your favorite an easy and enjoyable process.

While your Discovery Kit is on its way, we encourage you to get your favorite pens ready. The purpose of this experience is to find the perfect harmony between the pen you already love and the paper that best complements it. Having your writing instruments prepared will make the moment of discovery that much more insightful.

This tangible experience is the only way to be certain that your final, custom-bound journal will provide the effortless writing feel you deserve. Once you've found your perfect match, you will make your selection official by following the instructions in your order confirmation email.

One of the considerations to make is whether you would prefer blank or lined pages inside your journal. Either is available.

To see what the lined pages will be you can see and download a full-sized sample PDF from the Inside page. Just open/download the PDF and print it on a regular Letter sized sheet of paper.

Yes, our focus is on the inside of the journal and what that does for you. It doesn't mean your journal shouldn't be easy on the eyes.

We have a variety of colors and material available to you. While the sample pack is in transit, peruse your cover material options on our Cover Material page.

With the arrival of your Discovery Kit, the most enjoyable part of your journey begins: the discovery.

Gather the pen or pens you love most, and take your time experiencing how each one interacts with the different paper samples. Pay attention to the subtle details—the sound, the smoothness, and the unique way the ink is received by each surface.

For the most authentic test, we highly recommend placing the sample you are writing on atop a notepad or book. This simple step recreates the cushioned feel of a full journal, giving you a true sense of the inspiring writing experience to come.

There is a good amount to choose from here, so please give yourself time to complete the details. It's because there is so much that we can do for you that we'd like you to take your time with this process.

Once your order is complete, we get to work.
It will take approximately 21 days for the journal to get completed.
